Housekeeper / Cleaning Staff
Duties and Responsibilities (What You Need to Do)
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Notify building management / customers of any repairs required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Knowledge
Good verbal and written English language;
High School Certificate
Skills
Good interpersonal skills / client facing;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Possess excellent customer service skills;
Maintain a professional conduct always;
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff/customers at all levels
Ability to handle confidential information in strict confidence;
Ability to work with high integrity and minimum supervision;
A lively, energetic and strong personality a practical “can-do” attitude.
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience as a cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
High school degree
